I’ve been counseling couples and families for over 25 years. I enjoy working with them on complex issues, including infidelity, addictions, and incompatibility. Our work involves improving communication skills, using a variety of tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, of which I am a Certified Administrator. With both couples and teams in the workplace I emphasize learning and improving communication skills, teamwork, stress reduction, and conflict resolution.
My background includes degree studies in education and counseling. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have used my continuing education to develop specialties in coaching and EMDR. As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) I specialize in life coaching and career coaching.
